Key responsibilities

• Perform all back‑of‑house duties, including cleaning, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some operations or restaurant experience preferred.
• Food safety certification (e.g., Food Handler) obtained at the applicant’s expense.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and work in hot, noisy kitchen conditions.
• Effective verbal communication and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Chinese cook knives and standard kitchen equipment.
