Controls Integration Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking a Controls Integration Manager to embed internal control requirements into major business process and technology changes. The position works at the intersection of finance transformation, enterprise IT, and regulated industry operations, ensuring controls are built into workflows, data, and reporting from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate internal control requirements into SAP S/4, ERP upgrades, finance system integrations, and other technology changes before go‑live.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Controls, Finance Transformation, Corporate IT, operating‑group IT, business owners, and external advisors.
• Design and embed automated controls, segregation of duties, and evidence‑generation processes into system workflows.
• Provide guidance on IT general controls, access management, change management, and audit documentation.
• Support large‑scale system implementations and process transformations in a regulated environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in internal controls, SOX, ERP transformation, IT controls, finance transformation, audit or compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong project‑management, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work across Finance, IT, Operations, project teams, external advisors and auditors.
