About the role

This Controller position is designed for a hands‑on accounting professional who will own day‑to‑day accounting and financial reporting functions within a collaborative, mission‑driven environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial information across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and oversee payroll accounting.
• Prepare timely financial reports and support audit processes.
• Maintain and improve internal controls.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide reliable financial data.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong accounting expertise.
• Detail‑oriented with sound judgment and excellent communication skills.
