About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end and year‑end financial close, ensuring accuracy and integrity of accounting records.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Develop, monitor, and update annual budgets.
• Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis, delivering actionable insights to senior management.
• Optimize cash management strategies to maintain liquidity and solvency.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
