About the role
A rapidly growing direct‑to‑consumer company is seeking a hands‑on Controller to shape the next phase of its finance organization. This high‑impact position operates in a fast‑paced environment, focusing on process improvement, month‑end close ownership, and strategic partnership with leadership as the business scales.
Key responsibilities
- Own accounting operations, month‑end close, reporting, and financial controls.
- Design and implement scalable finance processes and enhance systems to support growth.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the organization.
- Deliver financial insights that inform strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Controller‑level experience in a high‑growth consumer, e‑commerce, or DTC environment.
- Strong technical accounting and operational finance expertise.
- Proven track record of building processes in a scaling company.
