Controller / Accounting Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Controller / Accounting Manager to join a newly renovated, high‑volume hospitality operation in Atlanta. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with senior leadership, the role supports the business financially and operationally, with a focus on catering and food & beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership teams to drive operational and financial performance.
• Prepare, analyze, and present budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Track labor and food & beverage costs, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assist with month‑end close, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting functions.
• Utilize Excel and internal systems to generate insights and support business decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or hospitality finance.
• Background in hospitality, hotels, catering, or food & beverage environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working with Excel, reporting tools, and new systems.
• Hands‑on, team‑oriented, and operationally focused.
