Contribute & Grow Partner – HR Process & Capability Lead

About the role

The Contribute & Grow Partner will drive H&M’s Grow & Contribute agenda by translating global people frameworks into actionable local solutions. Reporting to the People Business Partner and based in the New York Support Office, you will enable leaders, HR partners and managers to adopt high‑quality processes that foster employee development and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and embed global Grow & Contribute processes into daily operations while adapting them to the local context.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for HR leaders and HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent application of tools and methodologies.
• Bridge global design and local reality, providing feedback to refine processes and improve usability.
• Design, curate and deliver learning programmes, coaching managers and leaders on goal setting, performance metrics and development plans.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes through data analysis, translating insights into actionable improvement plans.
• Support the Head of People with analysis and recommendations that inform people strategy and prioritisation.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration or similar).
• Proven experience implementing people processes in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments with responsibility for adoption and results.
• Ability to convert global frameworks into practical, locally viable solutions while maintaining consistency.
• Strong partnership skills with leaders and HR stakeholders to build capability and drive sustainable change.
• Data‑informed, improvement‑oriented mindset with experience using insights to shape processes.
