Contracts Manager

About the role

LufCo is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the contracts and subcontracts function for its growing federal portfolio. You will act as a trusted business partner, ensuring compliance while supporting business growth and mission delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, negotiate, and manage federal contracts and subcontracts (CPFF, T&M, FFP, etc.)
• Document and maintain contract, subcontract, and purchasing policies, procedures, and templates
• Serve as primary liaison with government contracting officials, DCAA, DCMA, and other agencies
• Coordinate with project managers, team leads, and government CORs on contract actions
• Author and update corporate documents such as NDAs, teaming agreements, and licensing agreements
• Support proposal efforts and drive business development initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience with federal contracts and subcontracts
• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Required skills

• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
• Familiarity with ITAR, SOFA, and visa requirements
• Experience with DCAA and DCMA processes
• Contract negotiation, scope and cost management
• Proposal development and business development support
