About the role
The Contract Reviewer provides expertise on all transactional matters, ensuring contracts meet risk, compliance, and insurance requirements while supporting the company’s bidding and negotiation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Timely review of contracts, job tickets, purchase orders and related agreements.
- Identify and advise on risks, damages, indemnification, and insurance coverage.
- Draft exceptions, ancillary documents, and contract amendments.
- Support contract bidding, retention, and reporting to senior management.
- Assist administrative staff with contract processing and maintenance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of corporate transactional experience.
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong initiative, influence, and escalation skills while maintaining relationships.
Required skills
- Proficiency in IFS.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint skills.
