Continuous Improvement Leader

About the role

Moog is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean practices and automation across its Chatsworth, CA site. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and fostering data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Lean methodologies to improve communication and collaboration.
• Deploy processes to reduce queue time, takt time, and unplanned downtime.
• Develop and integrate automation solutions to accelerate production throughput.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications and AI tools to streamline workflows and support data‑driven decisions.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure 100% site adoption of AI tools.
• Participate in transformation planning, execution, and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and manage multiple initiatives.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
