Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant – Remote US

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to support multinational clients in a fast‑paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This remote, full‑time position focuses on high‑volume contingent hiring, advisory services, and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for contract and contingent roles, including manager intake, sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback, and onboarding.
• Partner with approved staffing agencies to deliver high‑quality candidates that meet leader requirements.
• Provide a seamless hiring experience from requisition through worker start.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, building strong relationships and offering ongoing support.
• Develop credibility with leaders by guiding decisions, solving problems, and driving outcomes.
• Foster supplier relationships to ensure candidate quality, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Support ongoing workforce needs such as time/expense management, extensions, assignment changes, performance issues, and off‑boarding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, SCM, etc.) to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Leverage program data and market insights to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy, bill rates, and best practices.
