Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to partner with a major consumer packaged goods client. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing the end‑to‑end hiring of contract and contingent talent within a fast‑paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for contract roles using the Beeline VMS, from manager intake to onboarding.
• Source candidates through approved staffing agencies, shortlist top talent, coordinate interviews and provide feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, building strong, ongoing relationships and delivering a seamless hiring experience.
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure candidate quality, responsiveness and accountability.
• Support workforce administration including time/expense tracking, extensions, assignment changes, performance issues and off‑boarding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, HR and supply‑chain teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven foundation in staffing or recruitment, preferably with high‑volume contingent hiring.
• Ability to work consultatively with leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfort operating in a remote, fast‑moving MSP environment.
