About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Contingent Worker to join Dr. Melissa Zielinski’s HEALS Lab. The primary focus will be supporting the launch and implementation of a new specialty court clinic, providing both administrative and project coordination assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with program and project planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring.
- Develop workflows, resources, and related documentation for the clinic.
- Support outreach, stakeholder engagement, and communication with program partners and participants.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate clinic activities and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in program or project coordination, preferably in a health‑care or research setting.
- Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
