About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) seeks a Contingent Worker to join the College of Nursing as a faculty member. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality instruction to nursing students while supporting the university’s mission of collaborative health‑care education, research, and patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide classroom and clinical teaching within the College of Nursing.
- Develop and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum improvement.
- Maintain compliance with university policies, including COVID‑19 vaccination requirements.
Required profile
- Current nursing degree (RN or equivalent).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- Ability to meet UAMS vaccination or approved exemption criteria.
