Content Production Associate

About the role

Tuva is seeking a Content Production Associate to create and manage high‑quality print and digital curriculum materials for K‑12 data literacy programs. You will collaborate across product, curriculum, and marketing teams to ensure engaging, accurate content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce print and digital curriculum materials, overseeing editorial processes and production timelines.
• Create and manage materials for in‑person and online professional development workshops, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
• Improve content development workflows, streamline collaboration, and implement tools for efficiency and quality.
• Lead a team of content creators and editors, ensuring adherence to style guides and project deadlines.
• Manage relationships with freelance writers, editors, and designers, overseeing contracts and deliverables.

Required profile

• BA/BS or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in publishing, education, or media with a focus on editorial and content production.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Passion for K‑12 education and data literacy.

Required skills

• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Experience with editing software.
• Proficiency in project management platforms.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and e‑learning platforms (a plus).
