Content Performance Analyst

About the role

The Content Performance Analyst joins Global Editorial Operations (GEO) Strategy to bridge editorial content, product, and data. You will unlock data across GEO and adjacent functions, delivering decision‑ready insights and executive narratives that shape prioritisation and leadership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recurring and ad‑hoc data pulls from editorial and operational systems, reconciling inconsistencies and documenting metric definitions.
• Structure datasets to answer strategic questions, improve reporting efficiency, and align with enterprise governance standards.
• Translate leadership questions into measurable metrics, conduct trend, variance and performance‑driver analysis, and support scenario comparisons.
• Develop executive‑ready presentations and visualisations that distil complex analysis into concise, consistent narratives.
• Strengthen QA and measurement systems for AI‑assisted content production, ensuring high‑quality, defensible outputs at scale.

Required profile

• Strong analytical discipline with sound judgment and the ability to synthesize information quickly for senior audiences.
• Experience in data management, performance analysis, and executive reporting within editorial or content‑focused environments.
• Responsiveness and a proactive approach to identifying data gaps and workflow improvements.
