About the role

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will plan and execute content strategies across multiple client accounts, turning business goals and audience insights into useful, engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate content plans aligned with client goals and marketing strategies.
• Research audiences, industries, competitors and relevant topics to identify content opportunities.
• Plan content across blogs, landing pages, case studies, email and other marketing channels.
• Create content briefs and work with writers and subject‑matter experts to develop high‑quality content.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to align content with search intent and organic growth opportunities.
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality and brand alignment.
• Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate content production timelines and keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables.
• Present content recommendations and performance insights to clients.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or a related role.
• Experience developing content for business or professional audiences.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience research and the customer journey.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Understanding of SEO and how content supports organic growth.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content projects.
• Comfortable working with writers, designers, SEO specialists and clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to improve content decisions.
