Content Marketing Manager

About the role

The Content Marketing Manager sits on the tactical side of the content team, turning strategic guidance from the Portfolio team into channel‑ready assets. This role owns the content plan and production calendar for consideration‑stage and lifecycle content, ensuring quality and narrative continuity across paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a content plan and production calendar covering solution education, usage, adoption and renewal content.
• Translate value propositions, personas and messaging frameworks into content briefs, vertical‑specific ad copy and consideration‑stage assets such as case studies and demo scripts.
• Write and manage vertical‑specific solution ad copy and consideration‑stage content.
• Contribute themes, proof points and channel needs to top‑of‑funnel thematic campaigns and thought‑leadership plans.
• Prioritize and sequence content investment against agreed vertical criteria and review priorities each quarterly business review.
• Receive strategic handoff from Portfolio, report on market performance of messaging and ensure downstream teams have foundational content.
• Serve as messaging and positioning consultant for sales‑facing assets and partner with Customer Engagement, Regional and Acquisition teams to maintain narrative continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content marketing execution and quality control.
• Ability to translate strategic guidance into detailed content briefs and production schedules.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with Portfolio, Acquisition, GTM Excellence, Customer Engagement and regional teams.
• Analytical mindset to track content performance and feed insights back to strategy owners.
