About the role

We are seeking a Content Manager to help train AI chatbots. You will evaluate chatbot logic, measure progress, and create conversational data in both English and Russian to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
Evaluate AI model performance for correctness, logic, and overall quality.
Engage in bilingual (English/Russian) conversations with chatbots to gauge progress.
Draft novel dialogue scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.

Required profile

Fluency in English and Russian.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
