Content Manager – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Content Manager to train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely, measuring model progress, testing logic, and crafting conversations in both English and Russian to improve chatbot performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and brand voice.
- Conduct conversational tests in English and Russian to gauge model accuracy.
- Document findings and suggest improvements to enhance model quality.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Russian.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar and style.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
