Content Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Content Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. The role involves measuring chatbot progress, assessing their logical responses, and improving model quality through targeted conversation work in both English and Russian.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Conduct bilingual (English/Russian) conversations with chatbots to gauge performance.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios to teach desired responses.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and brand voice.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance model accuracy.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Independent contractor able to work remotely from the United States.
