Content Editor (Digital) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Editor to work as an AI Trainer. In this remote contractor role you will help train and improve AI chatbots by assigning writing and editing tasks, measuring their performance, and refining their outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments and review their generated content.
• Evaluate the correctness, logic, and overall quality of AI model outputs.
• Identify performance gaps and suggest improvements to enhance model accuracy.
• Track progress of multiple AI projects and report findings.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

• Advanced content editing and proofreading.
• Experience evaluating written material for quality and consistency.
