Content Editor (Digital) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Editor to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will work remotely, assigning writing and editing tasks to AI models, measuring their progress, and refining their logic to enhance overall quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments and review their outputs.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and performance against brand guidelines.
• Track model improvements, identify issues, and propose solutions to boost accuracy.
• Collaborate with the AI team to fine‑tune models based on evaluation results.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
