Content Editor – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will measure model progress, evaluate logical consistency, and solve problems that enhance the quality of each AI system.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Assess the correctness, style, and performance of AI‑generated content.
- Identify gaps in model behavior and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
- A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
