Content Editor - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will assign writing and editing tasks to AI models, evaluate their outputs, and measure progress to ensure high‑quality conversational experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
- Assess the quality, correctness, and performance of AI‑generated content.
- Identify issues, suggest improvements, and track model progress over time.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
