Content Editor - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to train AI models. You will measure chatbot progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to improve model quality while applying expert writing, editing, and content development skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

- Hourly pay starting at $25–$30+ per hour, with bonus rates on some projects.
