Content Creator – Photo & Video

About the role

We are looking for a creative, field‑focused Content Creator who will capture authentic photo and video stories of the Homewood Mountain & Lake Club experience. Working under the Resort Marketing Manager and Media Coordinator, you will document daily mountain life, guest moments and resort operations for use across social media, digital channels and advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photos and videos of mountain conditions, skiing, riding, events, guest experiences and resort operations.
• Support planned shoots, campaigns and special projects alongside the marketing team.
• Produce short‑form, real‑time content for rapid sharing on digital platforms.
• Edit selected footage using Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve or comparable tools.
• Maintain organized file‑management, naming and backup procedures.
• Collaborate with resort departments while adhering to brand standards and professional conduct.

Required profile

• Strong outdoor and action‑oriented photography and videography eye.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and taking creative direction.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable file‑management practices.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with guests, community members and team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mirrorless cameras, action cameras and gimbals.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (or equivalent).
