About the role
We are a fast‑growing boutique management consultancy seeking a Consultant to join our Chicago office. You will work across supply chain and procurement projects for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients, helping them achieve cost reductions and operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support supply chain and procurement engagements for large‑scale clients.
- Develop strategic sourcing, cost‑reduction, and business‑improvement recommendations.
- Analyse client data, processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports that communicate findings and recommendations.
Required profile
- Recent graduate from a leading US university with 1‑3 years of post‑graduate experience.
- Prior experience at a Big 4 or mid‑size management consultancy.
- Strong expertise in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, cost reduction or business improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Collaborative leadership style with an ambition to grow.
