Consultant - Software Implementation (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is a mission‑driven leader in industry cloud for life sciences, helping companies bring therapies to patients faster. The company is hiring remote consultants to implement its Vault CRM platform and guide customers through post‑implementation success. This full‑time permanent position works with life‑science clients to ensure they leverage the full capabilities of the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers, aligning with best practices and driving solution design.
• Translate complex client and vendor concepts into clear presentations for varied audiences.
• Develop deep expertise in the Vault platform and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Plan, manage, and execute application build, test, and deployment activities.
• Identify and monitor interdependencies across program workstreams.
• Create project deliverables and standards, including process documentation.
• Establish after‑go‑live support and manage ongoing application changes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record engaging senior management and executives as a subject‑matter expert.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to audiences of varying technical levels.
• Strong presentation and solution‑design skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for implementation projects.
