Consultant – Security & Compliance

About the role

risk3sixty is a bootstrapped U.S.-based security and compliance firm that helps CISOs and GRC teams turn security and compliance from a scramble into a sustainable program. We are seeking a Consultant to lead client engagements, own project delivery, and act as the primary point of contact for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects end‑to‑end, including planning, execution, delivery, and closeout.
• Manage multiple deliverables within each client engagement.
• Ensure the quality of all project team outputs and your personal deliverables.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership to Senior Associates and Associates.
• Serve as the primary client liaison for delivery matters, including status reporting and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Familiarity with SOC 2 and HITRUST frameworks.
• Experience working within a GRC software platform.
• Proven track record of owning delivery and leading small teams.
• Ability to work independently and seek guidance on complex or escalated issues.
• Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
