About the role
dss+ is seeking a Consultant to join its Operations Consulting practice across the United States. The role can be based anywhere in the US and involves extensive travel (70%+). You will help leading industrial companies improve operational risk, excellence and sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Work with experienced consultants and subject‑matter experts across multiple industry sectors.
- Improve clients' operational capabilities, safety, and sustainability.
- Align to a primary industry group while engaging in cross‑sector projects.
- Participate in all phases of client engagements, from diagnostics to implementation.
Required profile
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong intellectual curiosity.
- Experience in consulting and/or industry, preferably in metals & mining, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project dynamics and travel extensively.
