Consultant – Life Sciences Events Management Software Implementation

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant to lead implementation of its Vault CRM Events Management application for life‑sciences customers. You will deliver structured, compliant, end‑to‑end event solutions and ensure rapid, high‑quality deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a “Keep It Simple” mindset.
• Execute software implementations using best‑practice packages and automation tools.
• Develop deep proficiency in the Vault Platform, configure solutions, manage data migration, and perform validation.
• Guide customers through the full event lifecycle, including planning, speaker management, budgeting, content distribution, attendee reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners to ensure smooth handoffs and provide product feedback.
• Take ownership of project deliverables, proactively manage execution risks, and meet milestones.

Required profile

• 2+ years delivering enterprise SaaS/cloud implementations of event‑management solutions.
• Understanding of life‑sciences commercial event operations and strong technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines, and data‑integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, communicate complex ideas simply, and constructively challenge customers.
• Self‑starter with operational discipline, high attention to detail, and focus on speed and quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for key project milestones.
