Consultant – Entry Level (Campus Hiring)

About the role

Infosys Global Consulting is expanding its US campus‑hiring program and seeks motivated new graduates to join as Consultants. You will work on client‑facing projects, helping translate business challenges into technology‑driven solutions while gaining hands‑on experience across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize data from internal and external sources to support client engagements.
• Structure and execute analyses under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Develop logical, error‑free deliverables and present insights to clients.
• Participate in firm‑building events and collaborative workshops.
• Lead client workshops, educate client teams, and challenge hypotheses when data does not support them.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional willing to relocate to one of the listed US locations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw logical conclusions from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by client projects.
