Consultant (3-5 years experience)

About the role

Elixirr is seeking a Consultant to join its US hub in New York or Dallas. The successful candidate will work directly with senior clients, helping them solve complex business challenges and drive transformation across strategy, digital, data and AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering high‑impact solutions.
• Develop and present analyses, recommendations and implementation plans using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute transformation initiatives.
• Travel to client sites locally or globally on short notice to meet project demands.

Required profile

• Graduate (bachelor’s or postgraduate) in any discipline with 3‑5 years of consulting or relevant experience.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior‑level presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with resilience in fast‑paced environments and a willingness to receive and act on feedback.
