Construction Supervisor – Ultra Luxury Residential Projects

About the role
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead ultra‑luxury residential projects across Manhattan, Westchester and South Connecticut. The role involves overseeing the construction of high‑end apartments and condos, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities on luxury residential sites.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and tradesmen to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure work meets the super‑prime quality standards expected by high‑net‑worth clients.
- Manage on‑site safety, quality control and compliance with NYC building regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in NYC’s high‑end residential market.
- Background in a trade such as carpentry is a plus.

What we offer
- Base salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
