Construction Supervisor – Custom Home Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction / Site Supervisor to lead the full life‑cycle delivery of boutique custom homes across Connecticut and Westchester County. The successful candidate will join a well‑established custom home builder with more than 20 years of reputation for quality and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of ground‑up construction for custom residential projects, from pre‑construction planning through final hand‑over.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure schedule adherence and quality standards.
• Monitor site safety, compliance and documentation throughout each project.
• Manage project budgets, track costs and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction or Site Supervisor on custom residential builds.
• Strong knowledge of ground‑up construction processes and local building codes in Connecticut and Westchester County.
• Ability to lead teams on‑site and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
