Construction Superintendent - Remote

About the role

InnSpace is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead hotel renovation projects across the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. The role combines on‑site leadership with coordination of pre‑construction, design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or multiple hotel renovation projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from planning to close‑out.
• Provide bi‑weekly written reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships on‑site, coordinating with hotel managers while the property remains partially operational.
• Forecast, recruit, and allocate labor and material resources to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Track project costs, develop detailed schedules, and monitor guest‑room displacement timelines.
• Create and manage site safety, logistics, and phasing plans.
• Lead weekly OAC and internal project meetings, documenting minutes and action items.
• Administer contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring scope alignment and legal compliance.
• Review invoices, verify progress, and measure performance for schedule and cost improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hotel renovation or similar construction projects.
• Ability to work on‑site six to seven days a week, with occasional weekend work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Willingness to travel to project locations in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Missouri.
