Construction Superintendent – Omaha

About the role

Oline Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on ground‑up commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use projects in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on driving schedules, coordinating teams, maintaining quality, and ensuring a safe and efficient jobsite.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Maintain project schedules and achieve key milestones.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety standards.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets high standards.
• Mentor field personnel and promote a positive jobsite culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground‑up commercial, industrial, multifamily, or mixed‑use projects.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, quality control, and safety.
• Commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with tilt‑wall or concrete construction methods (preferred).
