Construction Superintendent – Healthcare Projects

About the role

Clark is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead daily field execution on healthcare projects across Southeast Michigan. You will work inside occupied facilities, ensuring patient care continues uninterrupted while maintaining strict infection‑control and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily execution in occupied healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate phasing around clinical operations and enforce ICRA protocols.
• Manage trade sequencing, schedule adherence, and daily reporting.
• Conduct weekly trade coordination meetings and drive quality closeout.
• Maintain documentation and inspection readiness.
• Build strong relationships with facility operations teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Strong MEP coordination capability.
• Deep understanding of infection control and phased work.
• Disciplined leadership in 24/7 environments.
• Commitment to safety and operational awareness.
