Construction Superintendent – Franklin, TN

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a 361‑unit wrap project in Franklin, Tennessee. The role will oversee all on‑site activities, ensuring the development is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of development and new‑construction tasks by reviewing blueprints, inspecting work, and supervising contractors.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, reconcile vendor invoices, and report financial needs.
• Develop and maintain project timetables, adjust schedules for weather or scope changes, and recommend solutions to delays.
• Supervise on‑site personnel, ensure compliance with safety standards, and adjust staffing to meet deadlines.
• Provide regular progress updates to business leaders, equity partners, and other stakeholders through reports and communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction sites and leading contractor teams.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting for construction projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to address on‑site issues promptly.
