Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on DPEG construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards. This role works closely with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on‑site construction activities from start to completion.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor workforce.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report financial performance.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on‑site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Resolve on‑site issues, delays, or conflicts promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and daily logs.
• Communicate progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team‑management abilities.
• OSHA certification or strong knowledge of safety compliance (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• OSHA safety certification or equivalent safety‑compliance expertise.
