Construction Site Manager IV

About the role

Fluor is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager IV to lead medium‑to‑large construction‑only, EPFC, turnaround, or complex fabrication projects. The role oversees all on‑site activities, ensuring they align with contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all construction activities on the project site, including office and field teams.
• Manage execution in compliance with the prime contract, company policies, and quality programs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout all phases.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment across departments, locations, and project phases.
• Enforce Fluor’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff to meet or exceed project objectives.

Required profile

• Accredited four‑year degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Approximately 20 years of relevant construction/project management experience (or 24 years if non‑degreed).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and intuitive decision‑making capabilities.
