Construction Site Manager IV

About the role

Fluor is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager IV to lead medium‑to‑large construction‑only, EPFC, maintenance, turnaround, or complex fabrication projects. The role serves as the primary on‑site authority, ensuring all activities align with contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all construction and related activities for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Lead multidisciplinary staff across office and field locations, fostering coordination among functions, departments, and sites.
• Manage project risks, conduct ongoing risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain alignment of activities throughout project phases and enforce the company Quality Program.
• Uphold Fluor’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Accredited four‑year degree (or global equivalent) in a relevant field with at least 20 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 24 years.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior government and client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and intuitive decision‑making skills, with a holistic view of complex project environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in directing large, strategic construction efforts.
