Construction Services Manager

About the role

Infravision is seeking a skilled Manager of Construction Services to lead the onsite integration of its innovative drone stringing technology into transmission and distribution projects across North America. The role combines hands‑on project management with strategic leadership to ensure operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Field Operations Management: plan, coordinate, and communicate construction activities with Infravision stringing crews, customers, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless execution and quality outcomes.
• Project Leadership: work with project managers to lead end‑to‑end delivery from planning through onsite integration of Infravision’s technologies on transmission and distribution projects.
• Business Development Support: collaborate with business development and sales teams as a subject‑matter expert to support new opportunities.
• Safety and Compliance: oversee health, safety, environmental and quality compliance for all onsite operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with customers, utilities and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction or field operations in the transmission or utility sector.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and customer interaction.
