About the role

We are seeking a Construction Sales Closing Expert to drive high‑ticket sales for Home Genius Exteriors. The role focuses on meeting pre‑qualified homeowners, closing deals, and advancing toward leadership.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified homeowners daily.
Close high‑ticket sales with industry‑leading close rates.
Participate in elite training programs and follow a clear promotion path.

Required profile

2–5 years of proven sales experience in in‑home, automotive, mortgage/finance or high‑ticket B2C roles.
Demonstrated high performance and motivation; not an entry‑level position.

What we offer

$100K–$300K+ earning potential with 70% advance and uncapped commissions.
Weekly pay, bonuses, trips and other incentives.
