About the role

Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors! This full-time, W-2 sales role eliminates cold calling, as 90% of the work is prepared before you meet the customer. Join the fast-growing Pittsburgh, PA branch and help drive its $40M target.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily.
Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations.
Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with promotion from within.
Contribute to a supportive, team-first environment.

Required profile

Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder.
Driven to succeed and advance within the company.
Proven sales experience with a track record of results.

What we offer

Base earnings of $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance and uncapped commissions.
Weekly pay every Friday.
Monthly bonuses and performance rewards such as trips, electronics, and events.
