About the role

Join Home Genius Exteriors as a Construction Sales Closer and drive high‑value home exterior projects. This full‑time W‑2 role eliminates cold‑calling, as 90% of the work is pre‑qualified before you meet the customer. You’ll help launch new markets while positioning yourself for future leadership.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
Grow fast through elite training and mentorship, with internal promotion focus.
Enjoy a supportive, team‑first environment.

Required profile

A confident communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
Driven to succeed and grow within the company.
Proven sales experience with a track record of results.

What we offer

Base earnings of $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no commission cap.
Weekly pay every Friday.
