Construction Project Superintendent

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to lead large‑scale commercial construction projects valued between $20 million and $50 million. The role oversees daily site operations, ensures safety and quality standards, and collaborates with the project team to keep schedules and budgets on track.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and monitor activities of construction workers on multi‑million‑dollar sites.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in collaboration with the project team.
• Conduct regular safety and quality control inspections to ensure compliance.
• Proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate project issues and risks.
• Present viable solutions and work with stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of lead superintendent experience supervising commercial construction.
• Proven experience on large‑scale, ground‑up projects valued at $20‑50+ million across high‑rise, multifamily/student housing, senior living, large‑box industrial, and hospitality sectors.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
