Construction Project Manager

About the role

ARCO is seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager with 2‑8 years of design/build experience to lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, billing, design review, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate early with owners and design professionals to develop accurate estimates and preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, suggest cost‑saving measures, and provide value‑engineering ideas.
• Oversee the buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi‑weekly on‑site meetings, coordinate with the Superintendent for safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Lead progress meetings with owners and the construction team, maintaining cost awareness throughout the project.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑8 years of design/build experience.
• Proven ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Strong organization, planning, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Integrity and focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
