Construction Project Manager – Global Store Design

About the role

Kate Spade New York is looking for an experienced Architecture and Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of new stores and renovations across its global retail portfolio. The role oversees every phase of design and construction, from procurement and vendor management to on‑site administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management of new store openings, remodels, and global rollouts from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Oversee construction administration, including site coordination, submittal review, RFI management and quality control.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and procurement plans to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Real Estate, Operations) and external partners (contractors, architects, consultants, vendors) to maintain alignment on scope, quality and timelines.
• Facilitate bidding and procurement processes for materials, millwork, fixtures and related items.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural construction project management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to execute creative concepts efficiently and within budget.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across global locations.
